The communications industry has experienced a thirty-year explosion in growth that connected much of the world with the Internet. The past ten years alone saw the advent and seemingly overnight spread of the smartphone, as well as new wireless standards that provide us with a faster connection in our pockets than we used to have in our houses. In this special session, we ask a panel of industry leaders, "What might the next ten years show us?" and "What can we learn from the previous decade to position ourselves for maximum contribution in the coming decade?"
