For this process to work, you will need to edit the VPN Phase 1 you create, and manually set the Mode to "Main (ID Protection)" rather than "Aggressive".

In this video, you're going to learn how to set up a VPN tunnel for users with iOS devices to securely access internal networks and the web.
Portable devices such as the iPad allow users to stay in touch with the office without actually being there. However, these devices can be vulnerable when they leave protected networks. IPsec VPN allows you to extend the protection of your safe internal network to these devices so users outside of the physical office remain virtually connected to the internal network.
