Clark Bird, an Austin, Texas-based senior network process and quality manager for AT&T, discusses the carrier's deployments for the South by Southwest festival with RCR Wireless News Managing Editor Sean Kinney. AT&T deployed several cells on wheels, or COWs, along with a 12-beam Luneburg Lense and rooftop antennas creating a Wi-Fi hot zone along 6th Street. MAH05853
