Avaya One-X Communicator Voice Quality Log Analysis
Description
This video provides explanation about the procedure to review Avaya one-x communicator logs for issues related to voice/audio quality. Note that the findings made from the logs does not necessarily point to software error. These are just reports made by the software and low voice quality report may actually indicate a problem outside one-x communicator. Please refer/contact Avaya support personnel for any voice quality issues.
