Description
Exacaster offers a churn prediction and up-sell telecom software solution for carriers. As a SAAS based platform, Exacaster takes information from the billing system and then applies proprietary algorithms to predicts churn and then trigger a marketing up-sell program based upon a subscribers unique characteristics.
