MWC 2013: Anite Wins China Mobile Device Company Award For Best Terminal Quality Control
Description
Anite has won the China Mobile Device Company (CMDC) 2012 Award for Best Terminal Quality Control for its valuable contribution to optimising test cases and speeding up the maturity of test specification plans, especially TD-LTE. Anite's 'perseverance' and 'uncompromising dedication' ensured a key role developing China Mobile Communications Corporation's (CMCC) terminal protocol acceptance tests.
CMDC invited all of their partners (chipset and device manufacturers, as well as test system vendors) to a special awards ceremony on the 24th of January 2013 in Beijing to celebrate recent TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA industry achievements and recognise key contributors to the advancements made within these technologies.
Anite was the first device test vendor to achieve the 80 per cent validation target for Priority-1 TD-LTE interoperability test cases for device functionality and performance in LTE Bands 38 and 40. This landmark target was important as it underlined Anite's leading position in developing mobile operator device acceptance test cases.
Anite has an unrivalled level of industry expertise in the field of TD-LTE conformance testing and has to date been responsible for more than 90 per cent of all TD-LTE test case verification submissions to 3GPP RAN5. Anite has been instrumental in validating the first GCF TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA Inter-RAT test cases, which has led to an acceleration of the availability of TD-LTE in China.
