FCC Has Its Hands Full Of Near-term Tasks Tied To Incentive Auction

RCR Wireless News spoke with Trey Hanbury, partner at Hogan Lovells' Washington, D.C.. office and a member of the firm's Technology, Media and Telecoms practice, about near-term tasks the FCC has in front of it in terms of moving forward with its 600 MHz incentive auction process. Hanbury had noted the FCC has seven different items scheduled for adoption over the next couple of months that will play key roles in the auction proceedings.
