The Network Agility Gap

Francois Locoh-Donou, Senior VP of Ciena's Global Products Group, who heads-up Ciena's R&D organization, gives a plenary presentation on "The Agility Gap" at the Open Networking Summit in February 2014. His presentation focused on the ability for service providers to use software-defined networks (SDN) to enable real-time services that better monetize their network infrastructure.
