FortiGate Cookbook - Scheduled BYOD Access (5.2)
Description
In this video, you will learn how to limit mobile device access to a wireless network by setting up a schedule. By using a schedule group and a BYOD device policy, you can limit mobile device internet usage outside of set hours. BYOD, or Bring Your Own Device, is the practice of allowing network users to access the network with their personal wireless devices, such as smartphones and tablets. In this example, a school offers Wifi to students, but only allows devices to access it before class, during lunch, and after class.
