ZTE Ben Zhou's Interview With Light Reading

Mr. Zhou believes that for M2M and other digital solutions will be the trend in the near future and due to ZTE's good experience in big data, they has helped operators to solve problems related to smart city project. In terms of how big data benefits operators, Mr. Zhou thinks it helps to improve customer experience and to optimize the network. Last but not least, he suggests that we should open all interfaces and provide them to other industries so that operators can organize these data and do analysis as well as provide services to any users.
