Description
Patrik Westfalk, MD CALA, speaks of distribution strategy in Latin America. They have a contract manufacturing facility in Brazil, mainly for large items they can't ship efficiently.
Earlier this year they were awarded 4 of 6 stadiums used for the Confederation Cup, and last week they were awarded another 4 that will be used in the World Cup next year. However, they are not really a neutral host, because a third party is not operating system. The owners of the system are the operators, and the operators divide up the stadiums as they see fit.
