LightRiver’s Concord Lab Featuring Ciena’s 6500

LightRiver Technologies, a Ciena BizConnect Diamond Partner, gives us a peek inside their Concord Lab. The LightRiver Concord lab was designed to showcase the features and functions of yesterday’s, today’s and tomorrow’s technology in a real-world networking situation, while providing the leading Factory Tested Network facility on the U.S. West Coast.

The technology showcased in the Concord Lab includes the latest technology in next generation packet optical networking, featuring Ciena's Packet-Optical and Carrier Ethernet solutions. This allows the lab to simulate a real-world network to show the end-customer how their network will function – as well as help determine with the customer the best solution fit based on their needs.
