Switchpoint Gives Receptionists A Break

Switchpoint has won GENBAND's App Developer competition for two years in a row. GENBAND holds the competition to encourage developers to create apps for its A2 Communications server. The app that won this year helps companies operate without a full-time receptionist at a front desk by alerting them when someone enters and initiating a video call.
