FOA Lecture 13: Testing Fiber Visually

This is Lecture 13 in the FOA series on fiber optics. This lecture looks at ways to test fiber visually, tracing fibers, finding faults or areas of high loss, using microscopes to inspect connectors and interferometers to inspect singlemode connectors. We also show how to "see" the infrared light in fiber optic systems using a digital camera.
