John Kuzin, senior director and regulatory counsel at Qualcomm.
The panel looked at a number of topics, including thoughts on what will be core to and benefits of 5G; what 5G infrastructure and network planning will look like for carriers; how the FCC should look at 5G-related spectrum allocation; and potential challenges in terms of merging licensed and unlicensed spectrum use.
