The Future Of Network Hardware Companies With The Advance Of NFV

Fabio Hashimoto, manager of software services at Promonlogicalis, believes that new players will appear, as it has happened with the industry of the virtualization of servers. In his opinion, the NFV can change the whole ecosystem. “It’s impossible to sell for sure, but the same way the market has adopted itself for server virtualization technology, it will happen with NFV.”

He talked to RCR Wireless News’ Roberta Prescott during Futurecom event and supported that for NFV it should be used the same concepts that have been used to virtualize server to virtualize routers and other complex networks’ functions.
