As an IT user managing your company’s PCs and tablets, all of your SupportAssist alerts will flow into your Dell TechDirect account for convenient, centralized management. ProSupport and ProSupport Plus customers can choose to auto-forward these alerts to Dell. Or, alerts can be individually managed within TechDirect’s SupportAssist Alerts section.
