Ciena's Jane Hobbs On Creating A Flexible Workplace With Family Leave, Wellbeing & CSR

Jane Hobbs, Ciena’s Chief People Officer, explains how we create flexibility and trust with our Global Family leave policies for mothers, fathers and carers.
