Description
Qualcomm displays their new Allplay Smart Audio Module in their Smart Home set up at CES 2014. Has the ability to manage audio play and speakers from mobile phone and tablets.
Also, showcasing Canary, a home safety system, and how it interfaces with AllJoyn which brings capabilities to the mobile device. Brings together the Canary, the lock door, and the speakers. Each just needed to add AllJoyn to their system, and consumer can put them together as they wish. The manufacturers do not need to build the product offering together.
Controller apps and SDKs are available now as are speakers with the software already embedded.
