This case study describes how Telenor Sweden, a large European telecom operator, initiated a project to introduce Netrounds as a cloud delivered network performance management solution. This case study describes how Netrounds is able to significantly rationalize this work by simplifying and automating more than 50% of manual tasks. In addition we will describe how the solution helps promote collaboration within the organization as well as with external outsourcing partners and vendors.
