Lixin Cheng, CEO of ZTE USA discusses his company's recent gains in market share. Customized devices for carrier partners are a big part of ZTE's strategy. Cheng highlights the growing number of smart devices available from ZTE and its efforts to deliver more 4G devices this year. Cheng says ZTE is committed to both Android and Windows and will launch a Windows phone in the US later this year.
